New Silk Road Network (Chinese website: www.yidaiyilu.shop, hereinafter referred to as "this website" or "official website") is an e-commerce service platform dedicated to the field of industrial e-commerce services. Before using the New Silk Road Network services, please carefully read and comply with this service agreement. 3. Charges

For members suspected of improper registration identified by New Silk Road, New Silk Road will take control measures such as warnings, bans, identity verification, restrictions on creating stores, restrictions on ordering website related services, restrictions on sending internal messages, restrictions on publishing products, and restrictions on website login depending on the circumstances.
5.2 Member Registration Name, Password, and Confidentiality
5.2.1 The member registration name and user account name you register and use shall not have the following situations:
(a) Violation of Article 6 and Article 7 of the Regulations on the Governance of Network Information Content Ecology.
(b) Counterfeiting, counterfeiting, and fabricating the names and logos of political parties, party, government, military agencies, enterprises, institutions, people's organizations, and social organizations;

You agree to:
5.2.2.1 If any unauthorized use of your member registration name or password is discovered, or any other violation of confidentiality regulations occurs, you will immediately notify New Silk Road Network. If your failure to notify New Silk Road Network in a timely manner further expands the losses, you shall bear the losses on your own;
5.2.2.2 Ensure that you log out and follow the correct steps to leave the website at the end of each online session. New Silk Road Network shall not be held responsible for any losses or consequences caused by your active disclosure of the account or your exposure to attacks, fraud, or other actions by others. You should seek compensation from the infringer through judicial, administrative, and other remedies.
5.2.2.3 Collection and Cancellation of Inactive Accounts
If your account meets the following conditions simultaneously, your account may be cancelled and you will no longer be able to log in to New Silk Road. All platform services will be terminated simultaneously:
(1) Failure to pass real name authentication in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and the requirements of the New Silk Road Network;
(2) Have not logged into New Silk Road using your email, mobile phone, account password, or any other method approved by New Silk Road for 6 consecutive months;
(3) There is no valid business that has not expired with other operators on the New Silk Road Network and platform.
5.2.3 You understand that New Silk Road Network takes reasonable time to take action on your request, and New Silk Road Network shall not be liable for any consequences (including but not limited to any losses suffered by you) that may have occurred prior to taking action. Unless there are legal provisions or judicial rulings, and with the consent of New Silk Road Network, your login name, nickname, and password may not be transferred, gifted, or inherited in any way (except for property rights related to the account).
5.3 Rules regarding your information
5.3.1 You agree that "your information" and any "items" provided by you for trading on the New Silk Road website (generally referring to any specific item, tangible or intangible, existing in various forms, or any right or interest, or any document or security, or any service or behavior that can be legally traded. The term "item" in this agreement includes this meaning):

(4). Will not contain defamatory (including commercial defamation), illegal intimidation, or illegal harassment content;
(5). Will not contain any obscene or child pornography content;
(6). Will not contain any viruses, disguised destructive programs, computer worms, timed program bombs, or other computer programs that intentionally destroy, maliciously interfere with, secretly intercept, or invade any system, data, or personal information;
(7). Not directly or indirectly connected to, or containing descriptions of, the following goods or services:
(a) Goods or services prohibited under this agreement;
(b) You are not authorized to connect or include goods or services.
Furthermore, you agree not to:
(a) Use the 'service' in relation to any chain of letters, large amounts of randomly mailed emails, spam emails, or any copied or redundant information;
(b) Without the consent of others, using the "service" to collect email addresses and other information from others; Or use the 'service' to create false email addresses, or attempt to mislead others in terms of the sender's identity or the source of information in other forms.
(c) Other items that are detrimental to the trading security, website reputation, or prohibited by the New Silk Road Network.
5.4 Prohibited Items
You are not allowed to publish or sell the following items or items containing the following information on this website:

(f) Advertisements that use data, statistical information, survey results, abstracts, quotes, and other cited content should be truthful, accurate, and indicate the source. If the cited content has a scope of application and a validity period, it should be clearly stated;
(g) When conducting promotional activities by comparing prices with other operators or sales formats, operators should accurately indicate the meaning of the compared price and be able to prove that the compared price indicated is true and based on evidence. Otherwise, it constitutes price fraud;
(h) It shall not obstruct public order or violate good social customs; Endangering personal and property safety, and leaking personal privacy; Hindering social stability and damaging public interests;

(j) Items prohibited or restricted from buying or selling by laws, regulations, ordinances or rules;

5.5 Regulations on Internet Advertising

You should maintain a healthy competitive order in the New Silk Road platform market, not belittle or defame competitors, not interfere with any transactions or activities conducted on the New Silk Road platform, and not interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the New Silk Road platform in any way.
5.7 Declaration and Warranty of Operators on the Platform
5.7.1 It meets the registration requirements stipulated by the New Silk Road Network, and provides genuine, legal, accurate, and valid registration information to the New Silk Road Network. It guarantees the validity and security of its contents such as email address, contact phone number, contact address, postal code, etc., and ensures that the New Silk Road Network and other users can contact it through the above contact methods. 5.7.5 It guarantees that all actions taken during the use of the service comply with national laws, regulations, relevant rules and provisions of the New Silk Road Network, as well as various social public interests and public ethics. If any violation leads to any legal consequences, the platform operator will independently bear all corresponding legal responsibilities in their own name.

5.7.7 Supplier's Declaration

8.4 Application of Common Sense

(c) The relationship between you and other users during the use of the service shall not terminate due to the termination of this agreement. Other users still have the right to claim their rights from you, and you shall continue to fulfill your obligations as promised.
