In the following situations, you can request the deletion of personal information by contacting customer service:
1. If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2. If we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
3. If our handling of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you;
4. If our processing purpose has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary to achieve the processing purpose;
5. If we cease to provide products or services, or if the retention period has expired.

5、 Protection of Personal Information of Minors
（1） Please ensure that the registration is of full age and has full capacity for civil conduct. If you are under 16 years old, please do not register. If you are between 16-18 years old, please contact online customer service to provide a guardian consent form or a commitment letter stating that your main source of income is from labor.
